Vo Hoang Yen says "Good Luck" to Thien Ly!

Vo Hoang Yen, the first runner-up in Miss Universal Vietnam, says good luck to Duong Truong Thien Ly at Miss World 2008 in South Africa. She also says height might not a disadvantage for Thien Ly at the Contest. In an interview with local press, Hoang Yen says she didnot feel angry at not being chosen to represent Vietnam at the Contest, just a bit pity.
