Ngoc Oanh to be the MC of Miss Vietnam in Europe Contest

Ngoc Oanh won the second runner-up title in Miss Vietnam 2000 Contest. She is now the MC of Vietnamese Television (VTV) and she is planing to set up her own company in 2010. NGoc Oanh will be the MC of Miss Vietnam in Europe 2008. Here are her images just before the journey.
